Cute, saucy bookshop/cafe. Cappuccino was great, and just what we needed on a chilly day. We ordered a few bakery items as well. Very delicious. Good stop that doesn't feel nearly as commercial as the surrounding restaurants.

Iða Zimsen café in central Reykjavík seamlessly blend a library / contemporary café aesthetic brilliantly to give a truly unique café experience downtown. There is a very relaxed, cosy vibe here that is really welcome prior to much needed morning caffeination.

Their croissants are deliciously flaky and light which went down well with a glorious cup of Americano. Iða Zimsen in Reykjavík is definitely one of my favourite cafés of all time!

Came for the Illy coffee and stayed for the chocolate cake. An eclectic book store, souvenir shop, and cafe. Lovely tables inside and our. Free WiFi. Relaxed vibe. Then there is that chocolate. That's worth a trip by itself.
