BG is a fantastic guide. He gave us very thorough explanations on how to identify the lights, how to use our photography equipment to make sure that we can see them well at our images, and he has a cool van.

We saw northern lights and had a great time.

This was THE BEST Northern Lights Tour!!! Faxi was kind, informative, and so patient. ALSO a stellar photographer. It was our favorite experience in Iceland and should not be missed (also really great Hot Chocolate and Cinnamon buns!).

Had a fantastic time on this tour. Definitely one for the memory books. Our guide Paulina was great and even supplied us with hot chocolate, cinnamon buns and warm blankets and to top it of the lights came out to play! You can have your pictures taken as many times as you want and we received ours the next day and they were fab! Can't recommend enough but make sure to wrap up warm as it gets so cold oh and wear something bright so you stand out in your photos (wish I did)!

This was probably one of the coolest and best Norther Lights tour I have ever been on. Everything around this tour went pretty smoothly, the communication was great, the pick up was punctual, and the hot chocolate and cinnamon buns were delicious. Martha, our guide, was amazing! She gave her all to find the perfect spot for us and we were rewarded with an amazing Aurora show! Also, she was helping the group to find the right settings for cameras/cell phones so that all of our pictures would look good.

Not thrilled at all. The company should have cancelled due to the weather conditions, full moon, and clouds. They should have been upfront when we spoke to them on the phone that the chances of seeing the lights were slim to none. I know a part of seeing the Northern lights is based on luck and being in the right time at the right place, but I also feel there should be a level of professionalism. My brother owns a fishing charter, I can guarantee you he would not take people out if it was not going to be worth it, even if it meant losing out on a charter. The customer's satisfaction is always important, I suppose we took a gamble and lost but shame on the company, the secretary, and tour guide for not being forth right.

We booked the luxury northern lights tour from Reykjavik. The weather was rainy and cloudy the night of the trip. They did give us the option to cancel or reschedule, but there were no available slots for the next several days. We decided to go ahead, knowing it was unlikely we’d see the lights. We walked several blocks to the pickup site from the hotel, which they told us was due to a new rule that prevents tour buses from picking up in a small part of the city center. The bus arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled time and had small seats with limited legroom. The highlight was our guide/driver, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Despite her best efforts, we did not see the lights, but she did impart some interesting insights into Icelandic culture.

We had good luck this evening. It was clear and the gods were with us so we got some decent looks at the northern lights,our tour guide Michael was very informative and very knowledgeable,he reminded me of a storm chaser that we have in the states… highly recommend this tour (just be advised the weather calls the shots)
