I did a reservation from and back to Kef airport, 18000ISK total they told us thrue mail. Never showed up, didn't answer the phone. So we took a taxi at the stand. We payed more than half of the price with a regular taxi.

War alles einwandfrei. Taxi war sogar 2 Minuten früher da. Der Herr war sehr nett, hat gleich mit den Koffern geholfen, sogar die Tür aufgehalten. Taxi war sauber und schön.
Preis war bereits vereinbart. Wir haben am Tag davor per Mail angefragt und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine Rückmeldung bekommen.

Leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Habe einen Tag zuvor ein Taxi für 8 Personen für einen Transfer zum Flughafen vorbestellt. Mir wurde dann am Telefon gesagt, dass möglicherweise nicht ein großes Taxi für 8 Personen zur Verfügung steht und dass dann vielleicht 2 Fahrzeuge kommen (was preislich höher wäre). Für mich war das okay, ich wollte nur einen gesicherten Transfer haben. Am Morgen war dann zur vereinbarten Zeit gar kein Taxi vor Ort, 5 Minuten später kam dann eines mit 4 Plätzen. Erst nach einem weiteren Anruf kam dann mit ca. 15 Minuten Verspätung ein weiteres Taxi. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass man sich auf ein Taxi zum Flughafen verlassen können muss, fand ich dies nicht zufriedenstellend.

When the taxis at Keflavik airport refused service because a ride into the town of Keflavik was too short I called here and they were happy to help. The guy on the phone was super understanding and arranged for a car to pick me up. Gunnar the driver arrived shortly after, very professional and patient.
I’d definitely recommend them over the greedy taxi drivers at the airport

We pre-booked a taxi from Keflavik to the airport at 4 am a day in advance. After a few extra calls that were handled rather unfriendly by the taxi company a taxi showed up at 4:10 am. The driver was friendly and drove us safely to the airport. We paid 4.000 ISK for the trip and could pay by credit card.

Taxi eine Woche im voraus bestellt. Kein Taxi gekommen. Um 4 Uhr morgens ist man dann lieder recht hilflos, wenn man seinen Flug bekommen möchte. Leider kein verlass auf dieses Taxiunternehmen.
