The Booking.com page for this hotel lists the word ‘Kitchen’ at this property which one would reasonably conclude means the property has a kitchen. When we arrived and saw no kitchen we felt a little surprised and annoyed. When we tried to raise this with the owners they showed no interest in our predicament or the fact that their page is slightly misleading. Since then they have been rather rude in other posts. It just all felt a little disingenuous and misleading.

Avoid if you are planning on self-catering. 😕

La calidad con relación al precio no está mal,cuando lo pone más rebajado que su precio normal. La ubicación es muy buena y también la limpieza.Es verdad que te pone un hervidor de agua pero no hay ni un vaso por ningún sitio,con lo cual es difícil usarlo.En los servicios no hay secador de pelo,que los encuentras en todos los alojamientos. Yo la pedí por correo, que es como te comunicas con ella, que me prestara uno y ni me contestó,así que estuve con el pelo húmedo en un clima tan frío. La primera vez que estuvimos aquí era muy acogedor y tenía zonas comunes que lo hacían especial, ahora son todas habitaciones y ha perdido mucho.

Camera ok per 3 persone , luminosa e con riscaldamento acceso. Il bagno in comune è pulito . Servizio di deposito bagagli .
Molto vicino sia al terminal BUS che al centro città ( in pochi minuti si arriva alla cattedrale) .
Zona silenziosa e tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vie limitrofe.
È stato facile comunicare con Host attraverso whatsapp. Sempre molto gentile

Room ok for 3 people, bright and with heating on. The shared bathroom is clean. Luggage storage service.

Very close to both the BUS terminal and the city centre (in a few minutes you can get to the cathedral).

Quiet and peaceful area with the possibility of parking in the neighbouring streets.

It was easy to communicate with Host through WhatsApp. Always very kind

Nur bedingt zu empfehlen:

Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, überwiegend sauber, aber technisch zum Teil defekt. Die Vorhänge sind immer wieder abgefallen, da ein Stopper in der oberen Schiene fehlte. Der Hot Pool war leider dreckig, der Bereich um den Hot Pool sehr verdreckt (anscheinend bereits seit längerem / insbesondere Zigaretten-Reste). Die gemeinsamen Badezimmer waren alt und abgenutzt.

Nachfragen an den Vermieter sind nicht beantwortet worden! Im Zimmer gab es einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher, allerdings weder Besteck, noch Tassen oder Schüsseln zur Benutzung. Daher ist der Wasserkocher nicht sinnvoll zu benutzen gewesen.

Der Standort ist zentral in der Stadt gelegen, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Kirche.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people. 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor and one sofa bed on G/F. Narrow stairs and only 1 toilet on G/F. Weak water pressure in bathroom.

BEWARE! No parking at the entrance. I got a fine while parking my car over there.

When I arrived there was no way to check into the apartment, the check in guide said the key would be in the lock of the door but it wasn't there, at 2am I had nowhere to go and absolutely no way to contact the landlord

Extremely unfriendly hosts. Accommodation was ok but we had to call them for the Wi-Fi code, as we got nothing but the keypad codes in the info leading up to the stay. The instructions for the use of the hot tub were also nowhere to be found and after a really unfriendly response from the hosts re the wifi code, we didn’t feel comfortable calling them again. |I hasten to add that the experience we had with the hosts of the other six places we stayed on our trip in Iceland was always very friendly and welcoming and nothing like the hosts at Baldursbra!

Das war eine schrecklicher Aufenthalt zum Glück nur für 1 Nacht.

Es hat gestunken, ein Mann ist auf allen 3 Etagen auf den Toiletten zum rauchen gegangen. Es stank bis in die Zimmer. Englisch konnte er keiner und personal war nicht vor ort.Über uns wurde Party gemacht bis 2:00 was man sehr hörte.

ES GIBT KEINE KÜCHE! Keine Ahnung woher die bilder kommen aber es gibt KEINE!

sind froh dass wir wieder weg sind. Es war eine Horrornacht
