Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast. Met some others at breakfast that morning and learned of some things to do around the area! It was a great spot to stop for the night on our trip around the ring road. Staff was willing to keep the hot tub open a little later for us, which was kind, as we got in late from seeing the northern lights.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Jökull!

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Jökull in Höfn with a group of 20 people, and it exceeded our expectations! The rooms were modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean, offering a peaceful retreat after our busy days exploring Iceland.

The breakfast was truly exceptional – a wide variety of delicious, fresh options that we all looked forward to each morning. The service was equally fantastic, with the staff going out of their way to ensure that our large group was well taken care of. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We can’t wait to return in a few months and would highly recommend Hotel Jökull to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. We initially booked for two nights but had to change plans and only stayed for one night. Despite our booking not including breakfast, the staff kindly waived the fee when they learned about our early departure, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the stay was excellent and I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful surroundings. Staff was very nice, the rooms spacious and breakfast good. We gas dinner in the restaurant and it was fantastic. The northern lights were beautiful and it was si nice ti see them without any light pollution.
