Staff are unbelievably rude and obnoxious ,
I came in here last night with my friend and I identified a problem straight away with the bar server when I asked a simple question: "What beers do you on Tap" and looked at me in a dismissive way pointing at a board in the far corner of the room, (which you couldn't actually see)and then some guy pushed in front of me,
I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, and the theme gradually got worse when the other barman (the blonde one), pushed me out the way twice while I was trying to find somewhere to sit down for me and my friend, .. TWICE!
This was after my friend bought two pints of Guinness. By this point, I'd had enough...
So I asked the Blonde barman for a refund because I was furious about the way I had been treated and spoken too, and he refused a refund,standing there obnoxiously with his arms folded point at some plastic glasses in the corner, Now I don't know what happened before we arrived in the place or how the bar staff we feeling at that time,
But there is no excuse to be utterly toxic to visitors, I really love it here,
But that experience has upset me and ruined my weekend, and a moment of ignorance and complete rudeness has resulted in me never wanting to return to this country again.
It's not about the cost of the pints of Guinness, I don't care about the extortionate cost.. it's about the vile behaviour witnessed the total lack of dignity and basic human respect, and there's no apology or refund you could offer that can reverse the damage your reckless behaviour has caused,

Starfsfólkið er ótrúlega dónalegt og viðbjóðslegt,
Ég kom hingað inn í gærkvöldi með vinkonu minni og ég fann strax vandamál með barþjóninn þegar ég spurði einfaldrar spurningar: „Hvaða bjóra býrðu til á krana“ og horfði á mig afvirðandi og benti á bretti í fjarska. horni herbergisins, (sem þú sást reyndar ekki) og svo ýtti einhver gaur fram fyrir mig,
Mér fannst ég vera óþægileg og óvelkomin og þemað versnaði smám saman þegar hinn barmaðurinn (sá ljóshærði) ýtti mér út tvisvar á meðan ég var að reyna að finna stað til að setjast niður fyrir mig og vin minn, .. TVISVAR!
Þetta var eftir að vinur minn keypti tvo lítra af Guinness. Á þessum tímapunkti var ég búinn að fá nóg...
Svo ég bað ljóshærða barþjóninn um endurgreiðslu vegna þess að ég var reiður yfir því hvernig ég hafði verið meðhöndluð og talað líka, og hann neitaði endurgreiðslu, stóð þarna andstyggilegur með krosslagðar hendur og bendir á plastglös í horninu, núna geri ég það' veit ekki hvað gerðist áður en við komum á staðinn eða hvernig barstarfsfólkinu leið á þeim tíma,
En það er engin afsökun fyrir því að vera algjörlega eitruð fyrir gesti, ég elska það virkilega hér,
En sú reynsla hefur komið mér í uppnám og eyðilagt helgi mína og augnablik fáfræði og algjörs dónaskapar hefur leitt til þess að ég hef aldrei viljað snúa aftur til landsins aftur.
Þetta snýst ekki um kostnaðinn við Guinness-pintana, mér er alveg sama um fjárkúgunarkostnaðinn.. þetta snýst um svívirðilega hegðun sem varð vitni að algerum skort á reisn og grundvallarmannlegri virðingu, og það er engin afsökunarbeiðni eða endurgreiðsla sem þú getur snúið við. tjónið sem kærulaus hegðun þín hefur valdið,
