Do not use this service to book tours. I was accidentally booked for two spots on one of my tours. They attempted to charge me for the second spot over a month after my trip and it took them months to refund the money.

Edit…in order to get a very not so reasonable refund they want me to delete my review. The balls of this company is unbelievable!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Oddie as your tour guide.
I paid good money for a private tour for 2, over $1.500.00 USD. Our tour guide took it upon himself to skip one of our stops and dropped us back off at hotel over an hour before our scheduled time (which we obviously still had plenty of time & light for this stop).
I didn’t realize until later that night that we missed a stop. I feel that I should be entitled to a reasonable partial refund for the missed stop, but when I reached out to them I was told “Compared to the other stops, this one is much shorter and is not considered one of the highlights,” (exact words from email) even though it was listed as a stop on their itinerary. And I was only refunded $43.68 USD. The amount they refunded wouldn’t even cover taxi fare both ways, heck it wouldn’t even cover taxi fare one way.
I called a taxi service to see what it would cost had we taken a taxi and they told me it would cost $509.00 to/from the hotel we were staying at.

I had a wonderful experience with TourDesk during my stay in Iceland! I want to especially commend Judith Rodriguez, our support agent. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Judith arranged all of our tours and was very accommodating when we needed to make adjustments to our itinerary. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made our trip truly memorable. I highly recommend TourDesk and Judith for anyone looking to explore Iceland!

Tour Desk itself seems fine and perfectly pleasnt, but some of their sub-contractors have very poor customer service, Taxitravel.is in particular. They changed a scheduled time on me by :45 minutes to suit their needs and proceeded to charge me $566 when I could not make the new time that they specified. I've ordered a lot of car services in the past and have never had anything like this happen.
